At RideClinic, we take pride in the quality of our products. We ensure that everything we make is printed, cut, and hand-finished with great care. If there’s ever a production flaw, we’re here to make it right. We offer free replacements or refunds for damaged products or manufacturing errors only. If you have any issues like printing errors, sewing defects, or damage, please contact our customer care team at support@rideclinicshop.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Important Note:
Since all our products are made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges if you chose the wrong size, color, or if you simply don’t like the product. No refunds will be issued unless there was an error on our part. Please make sure to check the product size charts carefully before placing your order. If there’s a valid complaint, we’ll do our best to resolve it. Just contact our customer care support team and describe the issue. You might need to upload some photos of the items.
Return Conditions:
If the error is on our side, please follow the steps below before attempting to return the item. Our customer care team will review the problem and send you instructions on how to proceed.
• Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. We can’t accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged.
• Returns on items with a return tag will only be honored if the label is still attached.
• For hygiene reasons, swimwear, tights, leggings, and joggers should be tried on over your own clothing.
Return Process:
The exchange process usually takes about 3-4 weeks. Sometimes, this means the item you want might be sold out, or there could be a long wait to receive the exchanged item. Remember, all our products are made to order, which means there’s no production waste and minimal environmental impact. We only make the product after you place your order.
