The estimated delivery time includes both production and shipping. It typically takes 5-7 business days to produce your order. Shipping times vary based on destination and method. During busy periods, production and shipping might take longer. We calculate estimated delivery times based on weight, volume, and destination. While we strive to provide accurate estimates, some circumstances may affect delivery times.

Once your order ships, we’ll email you the shipping details, including the carrier and tracking number. You can also check updates by logging into your RideClinic account.
Tracking Information
If your estimated delivery time has passed and you haven’t received your order, track your package to see where it is. If it’s in your city, it should arrive in 1-2 days. Allow a few extra days for unforeseen delays. If you have any questions, contact us at support@rideclinic.com.
Lost Orders
If your package is lost in transit, contact us at support@rideclinic.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We also recommend reaching out to your local postal service with the tracking number. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we’ll cover the cost of reprinting and shipping a replacement.
